These no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars are an easy gluten-free treat that teens can make without turning on the oven!
Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
Mix in the gluten-free oats until well combined.
Press the mixture into a small parchment-lined pan.
In another bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (about 45 seconds in the microwave). Stir and pour over the oat layer.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars and serve!
