These no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars are an easy gluten-free treat that teens can make without turning on the oven!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.

  2. Mix in the gluten-free oats until well combined.

  3. Press the mixture into a small parchment-lined pan.

  4. In another bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (about 45 seconds in the microwave). Stir and pour over the oat layer.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars and serve!
