Start your morning with these delicious gluten-free breakfast burritos packed with protein and flavor—perfect for busy teens on the go!
Ingredients
2 gluten-free tortillas
2 eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp salsa
1/4 cup canned black beans, drained
Oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
Heat a small pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil or butter.
Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked through. Remove from heat.
Warm the gluten-free tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a dry pan for 1 minute each side.
Divide the scrambled eggs between the tortillas. Top with cheese, avocado, salsa, and black beans.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form burritos. Slice in half and enjoy!
