Make From Scratch Pudding Recipe?

I've been craving this for weeks. Does anybody have a vanilla or chocolate (made with cocoa) recipe that is gluten free that gives the carb count? As soon as my washing is done so I have the kitchen sink and kitchen back I'm ready to make some. I've located several recipes that don't contain flour but not a single one gives a carb count. Tried posting on Diabetic Connect a few minutes ago but haven't heard anything back yet and I'm not feeling very patient.
